Pending Cryptocurrency Transactions

Why is my transaction 'Pending'?
This article is for blockchain transactions sent to or from your Paxos wallet. If you have questions regarding fiat deposits or withdrawals, please refer to the last section of the linked articles.
Blockchain Confirmations
Transactions made to or from your Paxos account will show as 'Pending' when created, and will only change to ‘Sent’ when there have been enough network confirmations. The number of confirmations needed is based on the digital currency.

Additional Information Requests
Your transaction may remain in ‘Pending’ status due to additional information requests we have sent to your email address. Failure to respond in a timely manner may result in your transaction being held in 'Pending' status for an extended period of time.
