Unsupported Token Withdrawals

  • If you have withdrawn a digital asset from Paxos to a wallet that does not support the network or token you have withdrawn, please reach out to the wallet provider for assistance to retrieve your asset.
  • If you have sent funds to the BUSD smart contract address on BSC, please reach out directly to the Binance customer support on their website.
  • We do not support Polygon (MATIC) Mainnet withdrawals. Paxos will only support withdrawals of MATIC on the ERC-20 network. 
  • Note that Paxos cannot retrieve tokens once they are sent from the platform and the transaction has been broadcasted on chain.
