How do I access my Wallet UI transaction history from the Paxos Dashboard?

Unfortunately, you are currently unable to access your Wallet UI transaction history directly from the Paxos Dashboard. You will have to login directly to your Wallet UI account to access this information.

Please navigate to www.account.paxos.com and login to your Wallet UI account. Then, follow the steps outlined in this detailed guide here.

We are actively building deeper reporting functionalities into the feature suite of Paxos Dashboard, which will allow you to pull all historical information directly within the Dashboard without having to navigate the two portals. This feature is expected to land sometime in Q2 2025 and we will update our support articles accordingly to reflect the change.

Note: If you are a customer onboarded to Paxos International (i.e. if you have access to USDL on the Dashboard), then you will not be able to access the Wallet UI. In these cases, please raise a support ticket for our team to assist you with providing the necessary information.
