How do I change my country, state, or address?

Paxos asks that all account holders update the details of their accounts so that we can provide accurate tax information, maintain our AML/KYC standards, and remain compliant with the rules and regulations that the New York Department of Financial Services outlines for holders of a Trust Charter.

Personal Account Information

To view your account details, select the “Settings” feature and the “General” sub-tab. 

Our team requires a Proof of Residence document (Ex: Bank Statement, Utility Bill, etc) dated in the last 6 months for an address update to be approved.

To make updates to your account information, please submit a support ticket

Due to system limitations, these updates will not be seen in your account settings view, but are accounted for and recorded by a member of our team.
