BUSD Redemptions troubleshooting

  • What is the status of my redemption?
    • We are currently experiencing a high volume of requests and working to process them as soon as possible.
    • The Paxos team may be in touch regarding your account. To expedite your withdrawal request please reply promptly.
    • Additionally, please find links to our Reserve Transparency Page and the New York Department of Financial Services (DFS) regarding redemption processing. 

 

  • Why is my BUSD deposit in a “pending” status?
    • When a crypto deposit is sent to Paxos it is first being picked up by the blockchain as a valid deposit. Once it receives sufficient confirmations on chain the crypto deposit will be reflected and credited to your Paxos account. Stablecoin deposits (BUSD & USDP) are treated and reflected in your account as 1:1 USD when deposited
    • Please note you may see a delay in your BUSD deposit crediting to your account.  Paxos is experiencing a high volume of BUSD Redemption requests and we are working to process all requests as soon as possible.

 

  • I sent in BUSD to my Paxos account but it is not showing up
    • Please note - Paxos does not support any versions of BUSD that are not natively minted on the Ethereum network. Wrapped BUSD deposits sent to a Paxos ERC-20 deposit will not show up and register as a valid deposit on Paxos. These are considered unsupported deposits and Paxos is not liable for losses associated with these deposits.
