How to leave an organization and accept a new invite

You received an invitation to join a Paxos organization, but you’re unable to accept it. This typically happens if an account with your email already exists, or if you have already joined a different Paxos organization.

Solution

To resolve this issue, you’ll need to leave your current organization before accepting the correct invitation. Refer to the Paxos Dashboard - Leave the Other Organization documentation for additional details.

Steps to leave your current organization

1. Complete the onboarding flow in your current account. You may need to enter placeholder information during the 4-step onboarding process to proceed to the relevant page.

2. Once onboarding is complete, navigate to your dashboard and select “Leave Organization.”

3. After leaving the organization, you will be able to accept the invitation to the correct organization.
