Important things to note:
- Please note that only FedWire or SWIFT wires are allowed. Any funds sent via ACH cannot be received.
- You must include your Account Identifier when sending your wire transfer. Failure to do so will lead to delays in funds being credited, and potentially rejection of deposits.
- Domestic Wire transfers may take 1-3 business days to arrive.
- International Wire transfers may take 3-5 business days to arrive.
How to Deposit (USD Wire)
- Sign into your Paxos Dashboard account, and in the "Dashboard" tab, select "Deposit"
- You'll be presented with a screen overlay as follows. Select USD as the asset, select Bank Wire as the network, then select the appropriate routing type (ABA or SWIFT). Select also the desired Profile the deposit should be credited to, and name your instructions for easy reference.
Note: ABA should be selected for wires out of US banks, and SWIFT for international wires from banks outside of the US. - Once done, review your information, and click "Generate Deposit Instructions" if correct.
- You will be presented with the following screen overlay outlining your Deposit Instructions and your Account Identifier.
- You may also click the "Export Instructions" button to generate a CSV file containing the deposit instructions for future reference.
- When instructing the wire from your bank, please verify that the details provided are in accordance with the Deposit Instructions generated.
The Account Identifier must be included in the "memo", "instructions", or "description" field for your USD Deposits to ensure they are processed quickly. Failure to do so will result in a delay or return of your deposit.

Where can I find my Deposit Instructions again?
- To find your saved Deposit Instructions, you can navigate to the "Dashboard" tab, and select "Saved Instructions"
- On this page, you will see a list of deposit instructions, across all deposit types. Simply click "View" on the deposit instruction of interest and you'll be able to retrieve the Account Identifier and bank wire details!
What are the Deposit Fees?
- Wire deposits into the Paxos Dashboard platform are currently free.
- However, if your wire goes through an intermediary bank, the intermediary bank may charge a fee, please check with your bank should you wish to know more about fees from intermediary banks.
Common causes for USD deposit delays:
- Missing/Incomplete Transaction Account Identifier: All deposits received without your full Account Identifier will be returned to the sending institution. Please take note to include the transaction Account Identifier on all wire deposits.
- Incorrect Payment method: Only FedWire and SWIFT payments are accepted. If your funds were sent via ACH, it cannot be received.
- Incorrect Wire Details: You may have included incorrect wire instructions that can impact delivery time and result in delayed processing.
- Submission Time: For both domestic and international wires, cutoff times impact when you will receive your deposit to your Paxos account
