The Portal is requesting to register again while login in to my account

Problem description:

While navigating to the Paxos Account login page, the portal requested to create a passkey and then provide Institutional details to register a new account. 

Root cause: 

In October 2024 Paxos launched a new web portal for Institutional customers - dashboard.paxos.com. Links to sign in page now lead to the new portal, which uses a new authentication method, so even existing customers with a Wallet account are requested to register from scratch.  

Solution:

There is a link at the bottom of the login page, that allows you to login to your Wallet account rather than registering a new Institutional Account. You can also login to your Wallet Account using this direct link - account.paxos.com
