Wallet UI Deprecation: What Happened to My Account?
Last updated: August 21, 2026
Paxos’s retail trading platform, Wallet UI, was retired on May 29, 2026. If you still have assets on Paxos and did not take action before the deadline, this page explains how to access your funds.
Wallet UI access cannot be restored. Your funds remain secure and accessible.
What happened to my Wallet UI account?
Wallet UI is no longer available as a retail trading platform. Funded Wallet UI accounts were closed, and assets were moved to Paxos Dashboard where they are safely custodied.
How do I access my funds?
Do not start onboarding for a new Dashboard account. You will need to follow these instructions carefully: Complete Your Wallet Migration
If you cannot access your account, contact Paxos Support.
What can I do with my assets?
You can:
Keep your assets with Paxos through Dashboard, subject to custody fees.
Dashboard is designed for enterprise customers and does not provide a retail trading interface. Customers can access trading through API integrations.
Withdraw digital assets to a self-custodial wallet or another platform.
Withdraw fiat currency to a linked bank account.
What custody fees apply?
Custody on Paxos Dashboard is subject to the following fees:
Zero custody fees for Paxos-issued assets, including USDG, PYUSD, and USDP
Other digital assets incur 0.30% annually, billed monthly, for assets under custody up to $100 million.
How do I withdraw my assets?
For digital asset withdrawals, review Dashboard withdrawal instructions.
For USD withdrawals to a bank account, review Dashboard fiat account instructions.
A KYC refresh may be required before a withdrawal. This may require updated identity documents and are subject to compliance review and processing time.
Please contact Paxos Support if you experience issues logging in.
Can I get my transaction history?
Once migrating to Dashboard, you will be able to export your Wallet UI account history.
What happens if I leave my assets on Paxos?
Your assets will continue to be held securely on your behalf. Applicable Dashboard custody or other platform fees may apply.
If assets remain unclaimed for an extended period, they may become subject to escheatment or other unclaimed-property requirements under applicable law.
