How do I get back into my account?
There are a few steps involved to get back into your Paxos account if you've been locked out.
1. Please submit a request to through our support team
Submit a ticket through our help center with the subject line "Account Disabled"
Input your preferred email
Indicate "Yes" if you have you registered for a Paxos account
Check the box if your email address written above matches your Paxos registered email address.
Enter your Paxos registered email address
If you don't have access to that email, please indicate that in the Description field
Indicate if you are a retail or institutional customer
Select Account Request as the Ticket Type
Select Reactive Account as the Account Request type
Ensure the subject is "Account Disabled"
Write any additional details that you feel may expedite your account being re-enabled.
2. Wait for a response from our team
Please respond to our team's inquiries as accurately and as soon as you can to ensure that your account can be reactivated.
