How do I get back into my account?

There are a few steps involved to get back into your Paxos account if you've been locked out. 

1. Please submit a request to through our support team 

  • Submit a ticket through our help center with the subject line "Account Disabled"

    • Input your preferred email

    • Indicate "Yes" if you have you registered for a Paxos account

    • Check the box if your email address written above matches your Paxos registered email address. 

    • Enter your Paxos registered email address 

      • If you don't have access to that email, please indicate that in the Description field

    • Indicate if you are a retail or institutional customer

    • Select Account Request as the Ticket Type

    • Select Reactive Account as the Account Request type

    • Ensure the subject is "Account Disabled"

    • Write any additional details that you feel may expedite your account being re-enabled.

2. Wait for a response from our team

  1. Please respond to our team's inquiries as accurately and as soon as you can to ensure that your account can be reactivated.
