How to Fund Your Dashboard Account with Digital (Crypto) Assets

NOTE: Paxos no longer mints new BUSD, but allows customers to redeem BUSD for USD or convert their BUSD to USDP. Learn more.

Please follow the steps below if you are interested in depositing Digital Assets held outside of Paxos to your Paxos account. Prior to initiating a deposit, please read through the important information below.

Important Information

• Paxos supports deposits of the assets listed below. Please ensure you only deposit Supported Cryptocurrencies.
• Do not send funds to an address you found on a blockchain explorer such as Etherscan, as these may be our smart contract addresses and not your deposit address. Funds sent to the smart contract address cannot be retrieved. Please follow the steps below to find your unique deposit address. 

Dashboard UI- Depositing Crypto

1. Sign into your Paxos dashboard account, and select Deposit on the right hand side 
   
2. Now it will walk you through generating deposit instructions: 
   1. Select: 
      1. Asset 
      2. Network - "blockchain" 
      3. Profile - if you have more than one specify the profile you want to create a deposit address for 
      4. Name your instructions - provide a nickname to save the instructions 
   2. Click Generate Deposit instructions 
3. This will generate the deposit address for the Asset / Network selected

After an address is created you can find previously created deposit addresses in the dashboard by going to the Addresses Tab. 

On the addresses tab you will also be able to generate a deposit address as well. 

When will I see my deposit?

You will receive an email notification when your deposit is credited to your account. This should occur shortly after the minimum number of requisite blockchain confirmations. You can find further information here.

Deposit Fees

Digital Assets deposits to your Paxos account will not incur any deposit fees on our end.
