If you are an individual looking to redeem Paxos-issued stablecoins or PAXG, you may sign up for an account on our Wallet UI accessible at account.paxos.com. If you have already had an account with us previously, you may proceed to sign in on the same link.

Steps to Sign Up on Wallet UI
1. Create your account

Please navigate to https://account.paxos.com/signup. You will arrive at the login screen below.

Click "Sign in with Google". At this time, Paxos is using the Google extension for all new individual accounts.
Please note that exchange trading functionality is disabled for all new accounts going forward. If you open an account, you will only be able to purchase or redeem Paxos-issued stablecoin(s) on the platform.
2. Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Proceed to log in using your Google account information.

You will be prompted to set up a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) device as seen below. Please refer to this article for more information on MFAs.
3. Verify your account

Enter the information shown on your valid government-issued photo ID—you’ll need to submit a photo of this ID later. Please ensure all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
Note: Make sure to untick the checkbox if you are registering as a Non-US customer
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Identification Number
- Address
- Read our General Terms and Conditions and tick the checkbox.
- Submit your details to proceed to the next step.
4. Verify your identity
Complete the account verification process by following the instructions to provide your ID for verification.
Important notes:
- Make sure all four corners of your ID document are visible in the uploaded photo.
- The text on the ID document is clear and legible in the photo.
- Ensure the ID is not expired.
- Do not use a professional headshot for the real-time “selfie” photo.
- Take your “selfie” photo while holding your ID document at or near the time of onboarding.
This completes the application process. Please wait until you receive further instructions via email.
US Customers
US Customers are required to enter the following personal information: legal name, birthdate, social security number, and address.
You may be requested to submit additional identification documents to us to proceed with the account verification process. This process could take approximately 1 to 3 business days to be completed.
Non-US Customers
Customers based outside of the US are required to enter the following personal information: legal name, birthdate, document ID number, and address.
You may be requested to submit additional identification documents to us to proceed with the account verification process. This process could take approximately 1 to 3 business days to be completed.
