Step 1: Onboard each of your Entities to Paxos Dashboard
You will first need to complete the Dashboard Onboarding process for each of your entities by signing up/creating an account for each entity. Please note that each of these accounts will need to be setup with a different email address.
If you would like to receive all account emails within one email addres, you can use Plus Addressing, wherein you add a “+” symbol and any word/number you want to the end of your email address.
For example, if your email is abc@test.com, creating additional accounts under abc+1@test.com, abc+test@test.com will allow you to receive emails directed to those accounts directly into your abc@test.com mailbox.
Note: You will need to login using the respective email provided at account creation to access that entity!
Step 2: Reach out to Support
Once onboarding for all entities is complete, please reach out to Paxos support to import the different entities into a single organization. Please provide the following information in your support ticket:

- Organization name where all the entities are to be consolidated
- Organization admin email and name
- For SSO organizations, provide the identity provider group name the Org admin belongs to
- Entities that need to be merged
- Login Type (SSO or Passkey setup)
- Environment (Sandbox or Prod)
Once the necessary information has been received, Paxos support will begin working on your request.
Step 3: Access your account
Once completed, Paxos Support will reach out to confirm completion of the request. You can then proceed to login to your account and access your Multi-Entity Dashboard Account!
